The Context

  • Project background and description Kuvalyam is one of the most luxurious real estate brands operating across India. The project majorly focused on developing a strong digital presence inclusive of their website revamp, branding, social media marketing as well as performance marketing.

  • Project goals and objectives Our collective goal for this project was to trigger the right emotions in our users by positioning Kuvalyam as ‘Second home’ in the luxury real estate market. Our team made sure to work parallelly with the client to understand their vision for the brand and evoke the right personality for the brand.

Our Approach

Rigorous market research and comparative analysis helped us in understanding the end goal of this project. Our strategy focused on building the brand for a particular niche through targeting them with a narrative that speaks volume of luxury, warmth, comfort and of course, what feels like home.

Typography

Our Primary typeface for the brand is philosopher with regular and bold weight being used mainly for titles and headers

Our Secondary typeface for the brand is Raleway with regular, light and medium weight being used mainly for sub text, paragraph, sentences

Color Theory

Our primary palette uses Kuvalyam Green and Gold prominently. Ensure to use the colour values shown below. Whenever we're in control of the print process, we print using Pantone colours. Our colours are only ever used at 100% opacity and never as tints.

We also have a subtle secondary colour palette of complimentary tones to accent our primary colours majorly mean as online usage.

Usage and Placement

Every beginning of the month we create unique and focused marketing campaigns where we design designated camapign units for monthly promotion and send them across various network like WhatsApp, emails, and social media.

Web Design & Development

Our vision while building this website was to denote absolute luxury using breathing space and capturing the essence of their properties through photography to engage and retain the viewer.

Stationary & Print Collaterals

The colors, typography and elements are curated in such a way that every collateral, printable and stationary looks as serene and as peaceful as the palm trees of Goa. The green and golden together form a spectrum of absolute luxury and opulence.

The same mantra has to be followed for communication on social. Breezy, Vibe, Home, (not Abode), Traditional, Heaven, Dreams are all well-known and familiar words that convey the meaning to our business class clientele.
