The Context

  • Project background and description Hyatt Regency is a luxury global hospitality chain that caters events, accommodation and food & beverage across the globe. Our project accommodated two of their hotels with a vast scope of creative delivery, social media enhancement, organic lead generation and photography/videography.

  • Project goals and objectives Our objective with this project was to significantly improve their social media engagement and reach as well as curate offline and online marketing campaigns to increase the footfall and make Hyatt Regency one the best luxury hotels across India and globally.

Our Approach

We did a close comparative analysis to understand where the brand was lagging and took a fresh design and marketing approach to revamp the social media outlook and enhance their in-house marketing by delivering quality content in terms of photography, creative design, social media management and effective campaign creation.

Every beginning of the month we create unique and focused marketing campaigns where we design designated camapign units for monthly promotion and send them across various network like WhatsApp, emails, and social media.

Photography

For each month our team visits the property with our in-house photograper/videographer to capture in action preparations, food shots, chef profiles and other amenities that are to be covered in the following month promotions.
This also helped us in maintaing healthy and consistent relationship between both the teams.

Campaign Printables

Along with the digital deliverables, we also curate printables in different and required dimensions for the hotel to display on property along with customised menus, flyers, posters and tent cards to be placed in resturants.
